Responsible for conducting all chapter meetings, acting as the official representative of the chapter, communicating with the Chapter Sponsor and National Executive Officers, and overseeing all chapter operations.
Vice President
Caitlyn Lucy
Responsible for creating the chapter calendar, educating all membership candidates following the national curriculum (Overture), and continuing the education of existing members.
Vice President of Special Projects
Korynna Moncada
Responsible for overseeing all service and philanthropic events of the chapter, ensuring the chapter's completion of the Focus on Five program and other national initiatives, communicating with College of Music and band faculty about project opportunities, and maintaining a list of approved service events for each semester.
Membership Chair
Allison Kirkpatrick
Responsible for leading all membership discussions, mediating conflicts within the Sisterhood, planning Sisters Retreat for the fall and spring semesters, and promoting sisterhood through membership activities.
Secretary
Jane Cohen
Responsible for taking minutes at all chapter meetings, taking attendance at required functions, verifying sisters' eligibility for active membership, communicating with alumni and with other chapters, maintaining the website, reserving rooms for all chapter meetings, and applying for all awards.
Treasurer

Responsible for keeping an accurate and current record of all chapter finances, creating and maintaining the chapter budget, ordering all official jewelry, maintaining an inventory of all chapter items, collecting the uniform cleaning fee, and distributing all required Marching Chiefs uniform apparel.
Parliamentarian

Responsible for maintaining and updating the Chapter Constitution and Policies, sustaining knowledge of National and District Constitutions, maintaining order in all chapter meetings, ensuring the chapter follows all applicable laws and rules of the sorority, and educating and aiding members in following Robert's Rule of Order, Newly Revised.

Responsible for aiding the Treasurer in apparel sales, maintaining and updating the Marching Chiefs apparel website, as well as packaging and shipping apparel orders.

Responsible for managing Marching Chiefs Apparel social media accounts and marketing apparel items and sales.

Bylaws Chair
Responsible for maintaining and updating the Chapter Constitution.

Ritual and Regalia Chair
Responsible for the following: procurement, care, and management or all equipment belonging to or used by the chapter; and setting up, rehearsing, and conducting all sorority rituals and chapter ceremonies.
Jesse Rigsby
Continued Membership Education Program Chair
Responsible for continuing the education of Sisters concerning chapter matters with an emphasis on the Preamble, the Eight and Five, and the basic history of our sorority.

Chronicles Chair
Responsible for keeping record of old sisterhood business and photos, updating the family trees, and educating current sisters on the past of the sisterhood.

Responsible for writing all news and information designated to inform the public about the chapter, the sorority, or university bands.

Responsible for collecting, editing, and publishing articles for the annual chapter publication.

Responsible for the establishment of all service projects, with an emphasis on the collegiate bands, the community, and the Sisterhood.

Responsible for organizing all events and service projects for the fulfillment of the national Focus on Five campaign.
